底座和外殼

高彈性聚酰胺基（PA）高科技聚合體。

黑色底座。

以下顏色的外殼：

• C2: RAL 2004 橙色，光亮飾面。
• C3: RAL 7035 灰色，光亮飾面。
• C1: RAL 7021 灰黑色, 光亮飾面。

底座與外殼的接合采用超聲波焊接，可防止分離并避免灰塵進入。

讀數窗

透明聚酰胺基（PA-T）高科技聚合體，模壓到外殼，密封性好。耐溶劑、機油、油脂以及其他化學溶劑（清潔時不得接觸酒精）。

顯示

顯示由主軸控制的機構從起始位置（0）開始移動的距離。

三位數字式滾動計數器。紅色滾動帶上的數字為小數。

• AN: 斜面顯示，計數器位于上方。

標準型號

襯套帶Ø 10 mm標準H7鉸孔，通過帶內六角槽和杯狀端的埋頭螺釘安裝到軸上，隨貨提供。

• DD50: 黑色氧化處理鋼轂。
• DD50-SST: AISI 303 不銹鋼轂。

旋轉方向

• D: clockwise. Increasing values with clockwise rotation of the boss.
• S: anti-clockwise. Increasing values with anti-clockwise rotation of the boss.

安裝說明

安裝說明

1. 在機器本體上鉆一個尺寸為Ø 6 mm×10 mm的孔，用以安裝尾部基準銷，孔離開主軸中心距離為18 mm。
2. 主軸設置在起始或基準位置。
3. 將清零的滾動式計數器的指示器裝在主軸上，并確認基準銷是否與孔相匹配。
4. 襯套由帶內六角槽及UNI5929-85杯狀端的埋頭螺釘固定安裝到軸上
